Ardent Aviation is committed to ensuring a safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Many aspects of our daily lives have undergone significant changes over the past six years. Despite this, our commitment to ensuring the safety of all employees and visitors remains unwavering. We continue to focus on a safe working environment for all at Ardent Aviation.

We have promised all employees that health and safety will be our top priority, and we have successfully transitioned as many employees as possible to remote work.  Those working on-site are equipped with protective gear and trained to minimise risks.  With the dedication of our employees, we have continued to deliver orders to our customers, meeting their needs.  We have provided outstanding customer service in these unprecedented times.

Our approach to COVID-19

Ardent Aviation is committed to providing a safe environment for our employees and the communities in which we operate. Initially, we asked our employees to work from home to reduce the risk of transmission and keep them safe. Many employees have returned to the office based on local conditions and in line with our return-to-office process.  We will continue to monitor the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 and adjust our approach as required.

Our sites are open for business.

All our sites remain open for key on-site activities, including manufacturing, training, and customer demonstrations. We continue to take extensive precautions to protect our on-site workforce, including increased cleaning and disinfection, signage, restricted conference room usage, closure of amenities, screening, restricted access for visitors, and the availability of personal protective equipment.  As conditions permit, many of these precautions may be eased. However, this will always be done with the primary objective of ensuring employee and customer safety.

​Our products and services

Ardent Aviation has a diversified manufacturing strategy. All our manufacturing sites are operating at standard capacity.  Our parts and components come from a complex and diversified supply chain, and we regularly meet with our strategic suppliers. We have proactively initiated these plans to help guarantee the security of the supply.
