2025 has been a defining year for Ardent Aviation — a year focused on building strong foundations, refining capability, and establishing a way of working that supports long-term, sustainable success.

Operating directly on the runway, our location reflects our mindset: close to the aircraft, close to the operation, and fully aligned with the pace and precision of aviation demands. Throughout the year, we’ve continued to develop our services across aircraft interiors, transparencies, and composite activities, ensuring quality, safety, and delivery remain uncompromised.

A key theme of 2025 has been how we work. Robust handover routines, transparent communication, and cross-team coordination have become core to our daily operations. These processes allow continuity in production and delivery while ensuring our people can properly disconnect when taking well-earned leave.

Mental health and wellbeing are not secondary considerations at Ardent Aviation — they are fundamental. As a UK-based aviation company, we actively promote openness, inclusion, and balance, creating an environment where our team feels supported, valued, and able to perform at their best.

This year has also seen us strengthening relationships across the industry — engaging with partners, regulators, and peers while exploring strategic participation at events such as MRO London, ensuring visibility and collaboration without losing focus on operational excellence.
